Free Shipping Promotion

Most of our products are offered with a free shipping promotion.Free shipping is standard ground shipping (carrier of our choice) within the 48 Contiguous United States ONLY. Free shipping only applies to orders going to a single address in the Contiguous USA. Please note orders below 100$, will be automatically apply to 30 $ Shipping fee. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses are excluded from free shipping promotions. Terms and Conditions: Rehabwheel reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. Delivery estimates on free shipping promotions are estimates not guaranteed delivery dates.

Expedited Shipping

We are happy to offer expedited shipping at the customer's request and expense. Delivery estimates for expedited service are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday -excludes weekends and holidays) and are a product of two factors; processing time (1-2 business days) plus transit time (1-3 business days). Expedited service is at the carrier of our choice. Currently, we do not offer Overnight, Next Day or Second Day Shipping services on this site however if you need these Premium Shipping Services, we can usually accommodate you on an individual basis. Shipping costs are posted in your cart. To receive a custom international shipping quote on an oversized order, please register an account on our site including all address and payment information, place all the items in your order in your cart and then email us for a shipping quote. We will respond via email within 48 business hours.

Be advised that International purchases are subject to customs fees, Tax, and Duties upon receipt. These charges vary from country to countryandare based on the overall cost of the item. Please note that the calculation and payment of these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Be advised that import duties, taxes (including VAT), or any other charges that may be assessed in the customer's country are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Be advised that if an international buyer refuses a shipment for any reason including, but not limited to, taxes, duties, vats, or other charges assessed by the buyer's country and the item is then returned to us at our expense; no refund on the product nor shipping will be issued. Delivery Information

All items on our website that are not marked "out-of-stock" ship within 1-3 business days of order confirmation.  On occasion, we offer pre-order of certain items, which ship on the date included in the item description. 

Our items, except when the item description says otherwise, ship from our warehouses in Miami, FL, Brooklyn,NY, Houston,TX, Los Angeles,CA, San Francisco,CA, Sydney,AU, Shanghai,CN, Haiphong, VN.

Unless otherwise specified, orders ship via UPS ground. 

The estimated transit time once shipped is calculated at checkout based on distance of your shipping location from our warehouses in Miami, FL, Brooklyn,NY, Houston,TX, Los Angeles,CA, San Francisco, Sydney,AU, Shanghai,CN, Haiphong,VN. 

Our shipping partners: USPS, FedEx, UPS or third-party well-known shipping companies.

For example, if you live in the northeast, it will say 1 business day shipping as transit time via UPS ground to points in the northeast is usually 1 business day. 

We do not offer expedited shipping options. The shipping transit time you see at checkout refers to the number of days in transit once your order ships, not the number of days from the time you place your order until it delivers to you. 

Once shipped, transit time ranges from 1-10 business days depending on shipping location within the United States, Canada, Mexico. 

Once shipped, transit time ranges from 10-45 business days depending on shipping location within the Europe, Asia. 

When an order ships you will receive an email confirmation (with tracking number).

Orders may qualify for free shipping depending on quantity of items purchased. We ship via USPS or UPS in most of the continental US. Once an order leaves our warehouse, there may be service delays with the shipper that are outside of our control. For items that do not qualify for free shipping, the shipping rate is calculated based on item weight and shipping address. Item descriptions specify if items qualify for free shipping or not.

If you place two separate orders and are charged for shipping for both orders, there is no savings if we were to pack both orders in the same box, as the total weight of all items ordered is the same.  

Our system generates automatic notifications with order updates and tracking information. Please provide an email address in order to be able to receive the updates. Please also make sure the emails are not blocked by your email server or labeled as “spam”.  

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
