How long will it take to get my order? 

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-7 business days to arrive if the item in US, if overseas up to 90 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Most of our products are able to be shipped internationally. If you do not live in the US and would like a shipping quote, please contact us and we will prepare a custom quote for you. Please note that any additional import/export taxes and/or customs taxes will be at the expense of the customer (including Canada).

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email we’ll take you through the process.

Can I get my product personalized? 

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there or contact us at 415-740-9088.

Do we accept purchase orders?

Do you Price Match?

Yes, If you find a lower price on factory new equipment from one of our competitors, please send a link to the equivalent product or a copy of the quotation with a lower price to Our specialists will review and contact you to complete the order at the new price.

How do I Submit my prescription?

You can submit your prescription to us in a few ways. You can fax, email, mail, or text the prescription to us.

9:00 a.m. — 5:00 p.m. PST Monday-Thursday

9:00 a.m. — 4:30 p.m. PST Friday

Closed Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.

Do you accept insurance, Medicare, Medical, private insurance providers?

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accept insurance as a form of payment. However, if your insurance provider provides reimbursement options, please let us know if we may assist with any official quotes or pricing.
