Shipping Locations:
Orders may ship from our San Francisco warehouse or partner distribution centers across the US to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Processing Time:

  • Standard orders: 2–3 business days

  • Large items or custom orders (wheelchairs, LegMaker devices): 5–7 business days

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (customs/duties may apply)

Shipping Costs:

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination

  • Free shipping promotions may apply on select orders

Order Tracking:

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

  • Track your order until it arrives at your door

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We ship to the US and select international locations

  • Large rehab devices may require special handling; our team will contact you if needed
