  • Returns accepted: within 30 days of delivery

  • Condition: unused, in original packaging

  • Custom/large items: contact us before returning (wheelchairs, LegMaker devices)

  • Refunds: processed within 7 business days to your original payment method

  • Shipping costs: non-refundable (except defective/damaged items)

  • Defective or damaged items: we will replace or refund at no extra cost
